We have 4 different units which you can choose (subject to availability) 1. Unit with balcony and kitchenette 2nd floor with part seaview 2. Unit with balcony (standard room) 2nd floor with part seaview 3. Unit with kitchenette 1st floor (ideal for people who don't want to climb stairs) 4. Unit (standard room)1st floor (ideal for people who don't want to climb stairs) Short term (all units) P1,500/day with kitchen (10% discount for weekly stay 7 days min, up to 4 pax) P1,375/day without kitchen. (10% discount for weekly stay 7 days min, up to 4 pax) (standard room) (prices may change at anytime) cleaning & change of beddings is every 2 days (you can advise us the time and day you need it done to give you total privacy). /Notes/ 1 child under 7 years old sharing bed is free (no extra mattress etc.,) extra person is charge at P250.00 person we provide sofa bed/mattress (whatever is available), pillows and sheets. Your unit has the following: * Queen Bed * refrigerator * Table & chairs (balcony & inside the room) * 32" LCD flat screen TV’s in each room with in-house movies. * Satellite TV (optional w/ extra charge) * free wifi * towels provided * soap and shampoo * Aircon & fan in every room. For units with kitchenette * induction cooker * rice cooker * cooking ware * dining ware ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Food = we have a take out menu at your room, they deliver from 9am to 11pm. free phone calls for ordering your food at the reception. Market/Groceries = its approx 20 min walk from the guest house or take a trike or habal-habal. Staying longer??? we have a discounted price for you! Stay 1 month or 30 days minimum *PHP 28,000/ month - inclusive of utility bills *PHP 15,000/ month - exclusive of utility bills (water, electric, satellite tv load optional), *PHP 10,000 security deposit & 1 month rental required. *PHP 5,000 advance reservation deposit is required. It is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up. This will be deductable from your main security deposit. *Purified water is extra charge. *We will change & wash your bed sheets/towels and clean your room once a week if required for P250 (optional). We only provide 2 towels when you first move in.
