What I love most about this place is the location. It's just a couple of blocks from the beach, Corey Ave (downtown) cafes, diners, restaurants and some of the most popular beach bars in the area. Newly renovated! You're just a few blocks to Corey Ave, the tiny downtown area with great restaurants and local shopping. 1 mile down the road is 'Little Italy', an area with some amazing Italian Restaurants including my favorite; Tutturosso Close by is also Rick's Reef; a local bar/restaurants with a great outdoor patio, great food, great people and live music on the weekends. Going a few blocks in the other direction are some of the most popular beach bars in the area, all right next to each other - PostCard Inn, Jimmy B's, Toasted Monkey. The beach is a just a few blocks walk, so you can access all these great spots right from the beach. If you want to check out downtown St. Pete, it's a short drive and a cheap Uber ride away!
