The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for guests to reach quickly even for an early morning or late night flight. Even by road transport, the hotel is easily accessible. Restaurants, bars as well as shopping areas are all nearby from the property and so are major tourist attractions in Tempe.

Spacious and comfortable rooms
All the rooms are quite spacious as they have a separate living area with pull-out sofas for guests to relax. Guests said that the king beds in the room are cozy and comfortable. Additionally, all the necessary amenities required for a comfortable stay are available in the rooms.

Dated layout and appearance
The property was not of the standard of being a Marriott hotel. Rooms had a dated layout to look like suites and there was a lot of scope of refurbishment said guests. Overall, there was a dull look to the property giving it a feel of a budget hotel.

Guests didn’t seem too pleased with the breakfast served at the hotel. They said there was lack of variety and the quantity served was also mediocre. Additionally, the breakfast was over before the official time on many days, and some guests did not even get to have breakfast.

Internet connectivity in the hotel was intermittent and barely working. Guests said that the Internet was very slow and it was very difficult to work and connect with people back home.
