Maintenance Issues
The lack of maintenance is showing at this property. Carpets are filthy, lifting and bubbling in places and desperately need replacing. You can see water damage on the walls, broken bathroom fixtures, mold in bathroom, and just a general musty and mildew smell about the property and your room.
negative:
Average to the Eye
This aging hotel is average in appearance and is need of a refresh and upgrade to the decor and style.
negative:
Poorly Designed Room Layout
Rooms are a bit small, with a poorly designed and cramped bathroom. You also have to carry your coffeepot to an outlet to plug it in, and there are not enough open electrical outlets for charging any of your personal items.
