The staff members here are friendly, helpful and most of all, extremely prompt. They are also, reportedly, available 24/7 and are always ready to respond when called.

The rooms here are spacious and filled with every amenity to ensure the comfort of the guests. There is even a minifridge, which is a great help for keeping drinks cold in hot weather.

What’s particularly attractive about this hotel is the fact that the tariffs are very reasonable - it is, in fact, a budget hotel. Yet it is spacious, well equipped and as comfortable as a luxury hotel, which makes it a great find for those who are lucky enough to stay here.

For some guests, particularly those from northern Europe, tea/coffee facilities in the room are an absolute must, yet they are not so common in continental hotels. They are, in fact, available in Sempati, but only on request and for a charge, whereas they are free in northern Europe.

The garden rooms are the most recent rooms built and as far as it is known, there are plans to install safes here in due course. This can be a problem for guests staying in these rooms. However, the manager’s safe has been used when necessary without any problem.

Although refurbishment appears to be an ongoing process here at Sempati, recent guests have observed that some of the rooms are tired looking and could do with a refurbishment.
