Hotel Seaside Inn Omori (Tokyo, Japan)

The common bath area was found to be a nice place to relax. Guests were able to take the hot water and relax themselves after a long journey. It was a good place to take out the tensions.

Guests felt that the capsule hotel was in a good area since it is close to the airport and there are various convenience stores close to it. There's also a nearby train station and other locations.

Guests felt this capsule/business hotel to be of good value. They needed a place to stay for the night and this place provided them with the necessary things for a good stay. There are lockers, bathrooms and clean beds, as well as a common bath area.

Guests felt the rooms were too noisy, especially the capsule ones, since the noise of other guests could easily be heard. They could hear what the guest next door was doing and felt there was little privacy in these rooms.

The capsule hotel is catered to male guests for the most part, since the rooms, common bath and lockers are catered to them. Women cannot use the common bath and lockers which makes their stay more limited.

Guests felt the smell of the rooms and common areas to be obvious and not appetizing. They did not like the obvious drainage and musty smell of the floors and rooms. They felt the smell was something that should be taken care of.
