Negative Reviews
negative:
One Bad Apple Tarnishes Staff
Many guests encounter one particular staff member, described as an older gentleman, who is quite rude, unkind, and lacks basic customer service skills to address the guests' needs. He is not at all pleasant to deal with.
negative:
Limited Wi-Fi in Hotel
Wi-Fi access is not available in the guests' rooms, and it can only be accessed when in the lobby or mezzanine areas.
negative:
Big City Noise Issues
The rooms lack decent soundproofing so you can hear your neighbours in the halls and in their rooms. Also, due to its prime location, businesses receive deliveries throughout the day and night, so the traffic noises can be quite disruptive.
