Condos face the parking lot
Guests weren’t all that happy with the outlook from the condos. Since the complex was so close to the ocean, they had perhaps been hoping for seaside views, but were disappointed to discover that the condos all looked out over the parking lot.

Some units were not renovated
While the majority of guests were very happy with their condo, it seems that there are a small number that have not been renovated, with guests’ allocated one of these understandably unhappy.
negative:
Wi-Fi a bit slow
There were a number of complaints that the free Wi-Fi available was quite slow, resulting in a frustrating experience for users.
