Breakfast not great value
A varied, fresh and copious breakfast would be a great way to top off a lovely stay in this comfortable and quaint hotel for many of its guests. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be the case. Many find it too expensive for the choice that is on offer and are not impressed by the selection.
negative:
No tea & coffee making facilites
If guests don't fancy the breakfast, at least they can make themselves a cup of coffee or tea in their room. Well no, unfortunately they can't. Sadly, many guests complain about the lack of a kettle or some drinks making facilities in their room. Maybe this is to encourage them to make use of the hotel's vending machine?
negative:
Small rooms
Some guests find that the rooms and bathrooms are a bit on the compact side, although the hotel insists they conform to a three-star standard. A few guests are not impressed by the separate toilets either- which some would say are situated in a cupboard - with no wash-hand basins.
