The location of the hotel is convenient and close to the centre. Guests said that it's easy to get a tuk tuk and travel five minutes to any location. Or it's about a 15-minute walk to the city centre.

The Odel & House of Fashion and Food City, a supermarket is within walking distance. Guests said that the location is ideal to get some shopping done in local stores.

The breakfast consisting of eggs to order, sausages and fruits pleased several guests who said it was freshly made. You can take breakfast in the courtyard.

Depending on where your room is, you might get a blast of noise from the street. The hotel is located on a bustling street, so the noise can be disruptive. Try to reserve a room in the back of the hotel that doesn't' face the road, guests warn.

If you have a lot of baggage, be warned that the hotel doesn't have a lift. The staff is likely to help you carry the luggage up the stairs. But going up and down the stairs may not be easy for the elderly or if you have physical disabilities.

Some of the room's fixtures have fallen into a sad state. Guests complained of malfunctioning blinds that needed work or doors that wouldn't completely shut. They noted that the hotel should step up in the maintanence and upkeep.
