The Hotel-Restaurant Jura was built in 1906 and 1916. Originally it consisted of two buildings, but over time it was converted into one building and has since undergone gentle renovations. The family-run hotel-restaurant is just 14 km from Basel Main Station. From there you can reach the Dornach-Arlesheim train station in about 20 minutes by S-Bahn and then the Hotel-Restaurant Jura in a few minutes on foot. Our world is all about food. Our philosophy "We love food" stands for our enthusiasm and passion for everything we do. In our restaurant we cook an honest kitchen, without much frills, but everything is freshly prepared on site – because "huusg'macht" tastes best! We cook with seasonal products from the region with a lot of love and creativity. Our menu is designed so that you can put together your own menu. Whether with or without side dish, whether vegetarian or gluten-free... You decide for yourself what you want on your plate.
