The location has excellent views of the bay and it's possible to see boats traveling in and out. It is close to restaurants, grocery shops, shopping and family activities. The beach is a short drive away, so the location is away from the kind of crowds which flock to holiday resorts. Plenty of peace and quiet, yet close enough to activities and facilities.
The facilities are good, with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is modern, equipped with all necessary amenities and is very enjoyable to work in. The bedrooms are a good size, offering plenty of space and freedom to move around.
As there was no phone connection in the condo, residents are forced to move into the reception area to make a phone call if they don't have a mobile connection which can work locally, causing some inconvenience.
One major issue here is that a towel change costs USD 10 every time, which pushes up expenses. What is really inconvenient, however, is that the shower leaks badly in some of the bathrooms, forcing the guests to use their towels to absorb the water spillage. So fresh towels have to be requested and paid for when they really shouldn't have to be.
Many of the fixtures and fittings are in need of repair and maintenance. There are reports of leaky showers and broken lights which remain unrepaired.
