With the entrance to the metro station right next to the hotel, guests can easily navigate the entire city without any trouble. Moreover, guests stated that there is a wide variety of business to include small local shops, high-end stores, restaurants and bar within walking distance of the hotel.

It is evident that housekeeping does a fine job cleaning the rooms, as many guests offered positive reviews about their rooms and bathrooms being spotless. The public areas are also sufficiently taken care of, with guests specifically mentioning the pool area.

The housekeeping and restaurant staff received praise for their attentiveness, professionalism and pleasant customer service. Special requests and service orders were promptly executed much to the satisfaction of the guests.

Guests reported that the rooms are in desperate need of repair, as they observed dated furniture, broken door frames, malfunctioning lights and a temperamental air-conditioning unit.

Several guests pointed out that the hotel's rooms are not adequately soundproofed, since they could still observe the outside traffic as well as their next-door neighbor's conversations and actions. Furthermore, some also mentioned having smelled other guests' smoke enter their room, which can be especially bothersome when having requested a non-smoking room.

Some guests remarked that their Wi-Fi signal constantly dropped and that they had to be very creative in trying to get a signal anywhere in their room, usually leading to crouching in one specific corner.
