positive:
Plentiful breakfast.
The free breakfast was a bonus for many staying at the Quality Inn Busch Gardens, and the great selection made it even better. Breakfast didn't seem to run out, and most were able to find a seat easily.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Lax housekeeping.
Many guests of the Quality Inn Busch Gardens found that rooms were not satisfactorily cleaned. Garbage from other guests, used towels, and carpets that weren't vacuumed, put a damper on an otherwise pleasant experience.
negative:
Worn down.
The lobby at this hotel gave a bad impression to several guests, with worn furniture and stained carpets. Unfortunately this continued on with the rest of the stay, and many were discouraged to find broken furniture, missing light bulbs, and a general sense that this hotel had seen better days.
negative:
Unresponsive management.
When guests had complaints about broken appliances or problem with their rooms, they often found front desk personnel to be indifferent. Some had problems with faulty air-conditioning units, or patio doors that didn't lock properly, and many issues went unresolved.
