Quite a number of guests remarked that the rooms were very spacious. Going by their reviews, it was obvious that they were larger than they were expecting and that they enjoyed and appreciated the extra space.

Pretty much all the guests who brought up the questions of the room rate and value for money felt that that they had got a good deal. The room rates were said to be very reasonable for the area and guests were happy that the accommodation offered exceeded their expectations anchored on that rate.

On the whole, guests were impressed with the hotel’s staff. Many mentioned, to effect, that they offered excellent customer service and conducted their duties with professionalism and care.

A number of guests mentioned that their room was not as clean as it should have been when they checked in. A variety of problems were listed, including the presence of cockroaches and weird stains, but whatever the issue, the guest affected was not impressed.

Guests mentioned that the building looks a bit rundown. The exterior was said to be particularly unattractive and in desperate need of repairs and/or some beautification. Some guests also mentioned that the public areas of the hotel could do with some attention as well.

A surprising number of guests reported that their room did not have coffee making facilities. While they conceded that coffee was available in the lobby, this was not good enough, since they would have liked the convenience of being able to make themselves a hot drink in the comfort of their room, perhaps while still in their pajamas.
