Marina Mandarin hotel has a great ambiance. The rooms are large, clean and spacious with king-size beds. The AquaMarine Restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh seafood and desserts. The hotel offers stunning views of the skyline at night and guests are able to view the NDP firework display featured from time to time.

The hotel is very close to several key points of interest including the Marina Bay Sand, Merlion, Esplanade, Chinatown Heritage center, Singapore Flyer, Raffle City, and the Asian Civilizations Museum. All these attractions are located within 2.5 km from the hotel.

While most guests were very pleased with the level of customer service at the reception, restaurants and rooms, a few felt that the personnel at recreational facilities such as the spa and swimming pool were not fully trained at their jobs.
