Hotel Palms Inn Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, USA)

The Inn is located by the Santa Rosa lake, which is a pretty ideal setting. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants situated around the premises, which gives guests a great choice of eating options.

Guests here are delighted with the spaciousness of the rooms, which enables them to move around and feel perfectly comfortable. Regarding cleanliness, there is a high standard of housekeeping here, as well as a dedicated management team.

Some of the guests reported the parking facilities here to be excellent. Some guests, whose vehicles were rather larger than a car, were especially pleased. Trailer can be easily accommodated here.

Judging by the state of the sheets and towels here, it appears that a refurbishment is in orders. The items are very clean but frayed, old and sad looking. Moreover, a lot of the items like hair dryers etc. seem to be out of working order.

The continental breakfast is popular with the guests but it appears to be low on popular items. Some guests did not get their favourites, like waffles or sweet rolls.

Guests who are sensitive to noise might need to bring some earplugs. It seems that this hotel has rather thin walls and one can hear occupants in neighboring rooms clearly. One guest suggested the management should consider soundproofing.
