Guests liked the proximity to plenty of restaurants, shops and golf clubs near the hotel, which means you can just park your car on the premises and walk everywhere. They also liked the fact that the airport and the Palm Springs Air Museum were within seven miles of driving.

The staff is friendly and professional and guests reported that it was quite accommodating when it came to changing rooms for a variety of reasons such as preferring a different bed or wanting a ground-floor level for mobility concerns.

Guests found the hotel to be reasonably priced within this perfectly located area and thought that the basic yet efficient amenities were great. After all, the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, a microwave, a refrigerator and basic toiletries, which covers all your necessities.

Several guests reported that they found mold in their bathrooms, especially the showers, and that the rooms looked quite dingy with worn furniture and carpets. On the plus side, management has started updating the public areas of the property, which bears hope that the rooms might be next.

Some guests reported that the air-conditioning units in their rooms did not work at all, and even those who were lucky enough to get cold air in their room complained that the old units were extremely loud or added a musty smell to their rooms.

Several guests noted that the rooms were dirty, as they found cobwebs in the corners, stained sheets on their beds and uncleaned refrigerators.
