Positive Reviews
positive:
Ideal for a whistle-stop tour.
With the train station directly opposite, the airport within easy reach and the vast majority of attractions in the historic centre of Pisa a short walk away, NH Pisa is a popular choice for guests passing through, or stopping for the weekend. Late checkouts can be had on Sundays if you fall into the latter category.
positive:
Fresh, varied breakfasts.
Previous guests are complimentary about the breakfasts served at the hotel. A huge selection of over 50 products are served every morning; cold produce is fresh, the hot options are well-cooked, and special dietary requirements can be catered for.
positive:
A pleasant place to be.
The hotel is clean and modern, with comfortable beds and hot, powerful showers. The staff are friendly, incredibly helpful and always happy to store luggage or recommend the best spots to dine. All in all, a pleasant place to be.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noisy neighbours.
Rooms feature triple-glazing to ensure no noise disturbance from the neighbouring train station or the street below. Unfortunately, the soundproofing appears less effective at blocking out sounds from neighbouring rooms.
negative:
Midnight snacks.
For some guests, the lack of a bar on-site could be an issue. There are alternatives nearby, and a small selection of drinks and food can be taken from the open bar, but for many it is the ambience of a cosy bar they crave, rather than the alcoholic drinks themselves.
negative:
Join the queue.
One minor criticism given about the breakfast room is that there is just one coffee machine. If you're an early riser you'll likely have no issue, but arrive along with the crowds and you may need to join the queue.
