Lack of scenic view.
Although the hotel is surrounded by extensive picturesque grounds, some guests were disappointed to find that their room was overlooking the wall of the side of the building. If you are keen on having a nice view, it’s advisable to make this known to staff prior to booking.
negative:
Some rooms away from the main building.
Guests whose rooms were located in the separate block away from the main hotel, objected having to cross the car park in order to get to the reception especially during night time or bad weather.
negative:
Connection problems.
Those who wanted to connect to the internet from their rooms experienced problems due to the poor and intermittent Wi-Fi signal. Many had to take their devices to the reception area where the signal was said to be better.
