Negative Reviews
negative:
Judging by the Cover
While the apartments appeared well-kept, the exterior is less appealing. Many guests thought the landscaping is poorly-maintained, and the building could use a cosmetic refreshment.
negative:
Needing Updates
Many of the facilities could use mild renovations. Guests thought the furnishings weren’t the best quality and show evidence of wear and tear. The carpets, especially, appear worn and stained from long-term use.
negative:
Sub-Par Cleaning
There is no daily housekeeping in the apartments, and that may also explain why guests thought the rooms could use better cleaning. Even though it is expected for a near-beach vacation rental, guests expected the rooms to be in cleaner condition upon check-in.
