Positive Reviews
positive:
Attentive and friendly staff
The staff's strong attention and demonstration towards customer service is highly regarded, and something guests wish they would experience everywhere. Prompt attention, smiles, personable communication, and warm rapports create memorable impressions.
positive:
Nice choice for short work or leisure stays
This is a popular and well regarded choice for short term stays, both for leisure and business. The essential components of a simple yet cosy room are provided, and it's a place where solo travellers, as well as couples and families are all well received.
positive:
Great proximity to public transit and attractions
It's a wonderful perk that public transit is very close to the hotel. You can give the car a break, or even not use a car at all, and just rely on buses, trains, walking, and cycling to get around. It's easy to see much of the area's sites of interest, and with readily available maps, discover lesser known gems nearby.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not easy to cool off with air conditioners
The air conditioners' effectiveness are inconsistent, and often leaves guests relying on fans to cool off. Not only is that difficult to beat the heat at times, but also means the windows need to be open, which then affects privacy.
negative:
A lot of noise near the front rooms
More disruptive noise affects the front rooms than the back rooms, so keep that in mind when making reservations. If you cannot or do not request a certain one, then make sure to enquire upon check-in.
negative:
Nothing else negative about the hotel
So far, no other negative opinion has been expressed by guests of this hotel.
