About Hotel Manoir D'Auteuil
Housed in a gorgeous and painstakingly renovated Art-Deco building, Hotel Hotel Manoir D'Auteuil offers guests exceptionally stylish accommodation in the very heart of Old Quebec.
Like the rest of the property, the rooms are exquisitely decorated, with the French Art-Deco movement being the main inspiration. Of course, they also have all the amenities you could possibly need for a great stay, from air conditioning to minibars.
Reception staff are on hand and can assist with tours, transfers, local information and laundry services.
A continental breakfast is available every morning and drinks and snacks are served in the lounge the rest of the day. Reception staff will be happy to offer great local dining recommendations to those seeking guidance.
Hotel Manoir D'Auteuil is located inside the walled city, so all of its attractions are well within walking distance. The incredible Chateau Frontenac is 600 yards from the hotel and the Citadel just 500 yards.
Positive Reviews
positive:
Incredibly beautiful design
This was by far what most impressed guests about the hotel. They were completely bowled over by the interior design, which was said to be immensely attractive. They also mentioned that the designers seemed to pay attention to every little detail, creating a space that was very stylish, but somehow still homely. The general feeling seemed to be that if guests could somehow put their rooms in their suitcase and spirit them off back home they would have done so.
positive:
Impeccable service
It wasn't only the design that impressed, but the service as well. This is a boutique hotel, which guests said is very well run by its owner, Linda. She was said to lead from the top, by delivering excellent customer service. The rest of the staff seemed to follow her lead, with it being very unusual to read a guest review that did not have strong praise for pretty much all of the hotel's staff.
positive:
Perfect central location
Guests couldn't have been any happier with the location of the hotel. They had come to Quebec City to be lost in the atmosphere of Old Quebec, and so where happy to be right in the heart of the walled city and able to simply stroll to all the attractions and amenities they wanted.
