Breakfast is certainly not a disappointment here. Everything is served hot and delicious, giving you exactly what you need for a fun-filled day ahead. No need to worry about looking elsewhere for breakfast with so many different options available here.
While you will love the day shift crew here, you might find the night shift crew less than helpful. They don't always try very hard to keep you satisfied and aren't very friendly or helpful.
When you go to connect to the Internet, you will likely have some issues. The Internet signal isn't always available and can drop out for long periods of time, making it near impossible to use.
Even though most hotels have pools, you won't find one here. This can be a disappointment if you have kids with you or if you want to enjoy some of Charlotte's sparkling, warm sun. You will have to look elsewhere for a pool.
