Rooms a Little Worse For Wear.
Some guests were quite disappointed with their rooms, described as damp, smelling musty, and in need of some refurbishing and general maintenance.
negative:
Good Luck Getting Wi-Fi.
Several guests seemed to have constant trouble getting online, with a Wi-Fi connection working only some of the time from the bedrooms. Others mentioned the W-Fi only working reliably from one particular hotel common area.
negative:
Catering to Coach Loads.
Some guests were put off by an apparent priority placed on weekend trade, with too few staff available during the week. There also seemed to be an emphasis on coach groups; one in-house guest recalled being refused an egg order for brekky one morning, being told the eggs were reserved for a coach load of tourists set to arrive!
