Positive Reviews
positive:
Conveniently close to the I-95
Several guests mentioned that they appreciated being so close to the I-95 on-ramp. Aside from making the hotel very easy to find when arriving for the first time, they also enjoyed being able to get onto the highway very quickly and immediately be speeding towards their final destination.
positive:
Exceptionally spacious rooms
An extraordinary number of guests commented on the size of their room, with all expressing the view that it was much bigger than they expected, and that they were used to at most other hotels.
positive:
Pretty decent breakfast
Unlike many other La Quinta hotels, this one offers hot food such as sausages and eggs in addition to the usual wheat based staples. This seems to have gone a long way with the guests, who said they found the breakfast to offer a good start to their day.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Sleeper couch not very comfortable
Though it does not seem it is used very often, those who were unfortunate enough to be relegated to the sleeper couch had nothing good to say about it. It was described as exceptionally uncomfortable, even by already low sleeper couch standards.
negative:
Pet-friendly policy goes too far
A couple of guests, even some with their own pets in tow, felt that the hotel's pet-friendly policy went too far, and resulted in both noise disturbances and additional cleanliness issues for all guests.
negative:
Stained carpets
While guests were mostly happy with their rooms, an extraordinary number mentioned that their carpet had been stained. They were obviously unsure what exactly had caused the stain, but it was hard to ignore and gave them a poor impression of the hotel.
