Negative Reviews
negative:
Some rooms are small
There have been quite a few complaints from guests who were in the standard rooms, saying that although the rooms were well-appointed and beautifully decorated, they were frightfully tiny. It might be a good idea to pay the extra for one of the suites.
negative:
Not such great soundproofing
If you don't want to hear your next door neighbour's conversations, then you could perhaps request a room at the end of the hallway. Some visitors have complained that they don't feel as if they have enough privacy, and almost feel like they need to whisper, so they don't disturb the other guests.
negative:
No fresh air
If you happen to get a room facing the courtyard and the breakfast area, guests say that the windows are stuck on shut. Most travellers prefer fresh air compared to air-conditioning, but these windows really do not open, leaving some travellers pretty frustrated.
