The guests, especially kids had a great time during their stay at the Central 65 Hostel due to the presence of a huge food court, just a minute walk away from the hostel featuring the McDonald's and many other restaurants.
The hostel featured clean capsules with super comfortable and soft beds. The blinds/curtains provided full privacy. The guests were happy with the great air-conditioning and reasonable price of the capsules.
The rooftop Jacuzzi at the hostel has been found to be very well maintained and it provided great relaxation to the guests. A free breakfast served at the hostel was found to be quite nice and fresh.
The personal lockers provided in the capsules were not operational as they were either broken or full of dust leaving the guests disappointed.
There have been complaints regarding the bathrooms at the hostel to be unclean and smelly with dirty floor. According to the guests, the bathrooms should have been cleaned every day which did not happen. The kitchen has been found to be extremely dirty with filthy sink and mucky floor. The staff did not even dispose the garbage regularly.
Some of the guests found the staff at the hostel to be very rude and unfriendly. They lacked hospitality and had an attitude which left the guests annoyed.
