Negative Reviews
negative:
Some beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in
Though generally a personal preference, a good number of guests complained about the beds enough to warrant a concern. Those affected thought the beds were too soft and did not offer proper spinal support. As such, a few guests woke up with aching backs and some with stiff necks.
negative:
The hotel was quite pricey in general
Some guests were of the belief that the rooms were too expensive once you took into account the room rates versus what was provided in the room. Some also pointed out the high prices of food items that went contrary to their liking. They felt they did not get value for their money.
negative:
Sound insulation rather poor
A few guests who have stayed at hotel have complained of the thin walls thus having disturbed by noise especially at night. The nightclubs nearby can get rather noisy as a result of the revellers and loud music. Those looking for a peaceful night's sleep will unfortunately not be able to have it some of the time and especially during the weekends.
