Hello Mr / Mrs, Here are some reminders that will make your arrival easier: 1) ARRIVALS We welcome you between 14h30 and 20h. Baguages: It is possible for you to deposit your rings in reception in the morning and to take possession of your room from 14h30. Late arrivals (after 20h): thank you to request your access codes before 14:30. Your codes will be sent on this thread. Important: Make arrangements to view these codes when you are at the entrance of the hotel (note or print them if you do not have access to your online booking from your smartphone). In case you are booking for someone else, consider giving them these codes or informing them of the reception times. The hotel can not be held responsible in the case where the traveler can not access the codes appearing on the platform of his reservation. 2) BREAKFASTS Buffet breakfast in the dining room, without reservation, between 7am and 11am. 3) DEPARTURES Rooms must be vacated by 11am. On request and at the latest the day before departure, the option "late check out until 13h" can be booked for 15 €. 4) NIGHT GUARDIAN The reception and its switchboard being closed between 8 pm and 7 am, you can contact the night watchman by the number on the leaflet information in your rooms. The guardian ensures the safety and comfort of the occupants. Parking: The hotel is ideally located in the pedestrian area Bouffay, historic center of Nantes.
