The staffs were very helpful and extremely welcoming. All of them were pleased to assist guests with directions and dinner recommendations. Guests liked that there was someone at the desk at all times, as they learned a lot of details and information about Paris from the staff.
Air conditioning was not working properly which irritated the guests. Hot weather was not tolerable especially during summer days and the in-room fans provided were just of little help.
