Negative Reviews
negative:
Possible Noisy Location
Although centrally located for sightseeing, this hotel is also situated near Northwestern Medical School and Hospital where guests say sirens wail 24-hours a day. It is best to make use of the complimentary earplugs as soon as you lay down. Do not wait until a siren wakes you up.
negative:
Dark Rooms
Rooms can be a bit dark because the lighting isn't strong and the decor is in darker tones. Also, they are lacking bathrobes and refrigerators, and you have to pay for the bottles of water left in your room.
negative:
Extra Costs Can Add Up
Parking and Wi-Fi are not included in your daily rate. Choosing to use both can increase your per night charges drastically, so it's best to m ake other transportation arrangements before you arrive.
