Located in a medieval village, 781 meters above sea level, very quiet and ideal for relaxing or weekend getaways, the Hostal Tastavíns has nine rooms. All of them with balcony, private bathroom and accessories (hairdryer, towels, shower gel, bathtub and toilets, TV, desk with its respective chairs and closets). Spacious, comfortable and bright rooms. We have double and triple rooms, perfectly equipped and decorated with a simple, pleasant and enveloping aesthetic. All with heating, mountain or town views and a very cozy atmosphere. In the lower area of the Inn, separated only by the reception, we can find two gastronomic points. The Bar, where we can find a wide service of drinks and meals, we have several tables, chairs and armchairs where you can do any personal work, eat or hang out with friends. We have a large bar, a billiard and several board games to entertain those who want to come and spend a great time, there is WIFI in the area. In the Lower Zone, we also find the Restaurant. A more private and contained area, where we can find some menus on the menu. The room is dominated by a great panoramic view of the landscape of the area, the village has a large colony of vultures that inhabit the area, it is always a privilege to see them fly in the gusts of wind. There is WIFI in the Lower Zone. Both gastronomic points have stairs to the Underground, where the bathrooms for the clients are located. Communicated by the Main Staircase of the Reception, we go up to the First Floor. On the First Floor are the rooms of the guests of the Inn. A long corridor connects them, if we continue up the Main Staircase, we reach the Terrace. The Terrace is the highest point of the hostel, you can have a drink or enjoy the scenery of the ever present mountains. The Hostal is located in a peaceful and pleasant area of Matarraña, at the roadside, at the entrance of the village (Peñarroya de Tastavíns) and only 150 meters from the Town Hall of the town. Free parking with a large capacity, and a great panoramic view, just 20 meters from the Hostal. Here you will find an area for motorhomes located in the town center and has all the services. The stay is free of charge. The village itself is very attractive: "steep" streets, houses with wooden balconies and steep eaves. From afar you can see a beautiful picture of the town composed of variegated houses on the hillside that slopes down from the old castle, with the slender tower of the church on one side. We recommend you to reserve time to walk around the village, admire its hidden charms and walk with the constant breeze of the mountain air so as not to miss a single detail. As for its inhabitants, (CENSUS 2022: 439 inhabitants) they live mainly from agriculture and local pig farming. To add, Inhóspitak, the Dinosaur theme park and museum, is a 3-minute walk away. This hotel is also 2 kilometers from the Ermita de la Virgen de la Fuente. We are close to Motorland Aragon. The nearest airport is Castellón, 105 kilometers from the site.
