The location is great. You are basically just a minute away by foot from either the beach or the boardwalk. What's more, you are surrounded by plenty to keep you busy, which includes great restaurants. If you like bar hopping, you will have lots of opportunity to exercise your hopping skills. Surprisingly, the area is quiet though it is in the midst of a lot of action. If you are looking for a top-quality five star resort, you won't find it here. However, if you simply want a nice, decent place to lay your head at an affordable price, this place will suit your needs.

The Wi-Fi connection is weak and breaks down consistently. This is not unusual in public accommodations. Thankfully, enough restaurants nearby offer free Wi-Fi.

The swimming pool is rather small and located right next to a heavy traffic area.

The facility is not really a boutique hotel. There are seven buildings between two streets along the busy A1A close to the Boardwalk. The hotel is also nearby a construction site. The buildings are numbered, so if you find yourself in building one, you might be disturbed by road and construction noise.
