The rooms at Ramada Plaza Newark International Airport were consistently highlighted by guests as being a positive aspect of their stay here; the rooms are large and comfortable and the décor and large windows gives them the impression of being bright and airy. The beds are similarly expansive and extremely comfortable and the rooms are fitted with a number of amenities that should replicate the comforts of home.

The hotel is conveniently located a short distance from Newark Liberty International Airport so guests can enjoy the last day of their holiday without worrying about a long, arduous journey to the airport. Newark Penn Station is a short distance from the hotel as well, and from here guests have easy access to the center of Manhattan as trains run frequently and can take guests there in a very short time. From here, guests have access to all of New York's attractions and guests can easily immerse themselves in the city's vibrant and unique atmosphere.

Guests were complimentary towards the high level of cleanliness that is maintained throughout the hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are very hygienic, while the hotel's public areas, such as the lobby and restaurant, are similarly pristine.

Some guests were disappointed with the fact that they were required to pay for parking and they were also disappointed with the fact that the hotel did not offer a complimentary breakfast.

When trying to access the Wi-Fi in their rooms, guests found that the connection was somewhat unreliable.

A number of guests found the staff to be indifferent and uninterested in them however others had the opposite experience and found them to be perfectly pleasant.
