Excellent Hospitality
Hilton Jaipur is loved by the guests for its amazing hospitality. Guests found the staff to be helpful, friendly and professional. The staff at the restaurant is very prompt and attentive and the office staff always eager to help with location etc.

Delicious Breakfast
Guests loved the breakfast at Hilton Jaipur and felt that they are spoilt for choice, when it comes to complimentary breakfast. The variety is excellent, taste delicious and good portions are there. Small gestures like names of guests on coffee make the meal even more endearing and enjoyable.

Good Location and Amenities
The location is good with Airport being at a
distance of 20 minutes and Railway Station at ten minutes. Many other
sightseeing places, temples and historical sites are located nearby. Also,
Jaipur being a busy city, guests loved coming back to the relaxing aura and
good facilities, which the hotel provided. Spa facility is also excellent and
comparable to some of the best spa.

Chargeable Wi-Fi
Guests were disappointed with the paid Wi-Fi facility
and felt that it should have been complimentary. Since it is a plush hotel, it
seems reasonable to expect Internet facility for free.

Some guests felt that the outdoor swimming pool is small in size according to the standards of a 5-star property. However, some guests also loved the pool facility.

A Few Other Issues
A few guests felt that housekeeping needs improvement and room service can also be better. Also, a guest reported dampness in room because of leaking bathroom sink. However, these are minor issues and overall stay of guests did not get affected.
