Sub-Par Cleaning
The quality of cleaning in the rooms could be improved. Guests didn’t get the impression that their rooms were refreshed for their arrival when they checked in. In addition, guests said that housekeeping occasionally forgot to refill used items in their rooms.
negative:
Minor Errors
Booking issues seem to be a common problem here. Guests reported complaints about either not getting the room they requested, being charged more than they had originally booked for, or not being compensated for the breakfast that they originally were told would be complimentary.

Come With Wheels
You’ll need a car to get around town. Guests say you can’t really get anywhere on foot, as this part of the city is not pedestrian-friendly.
