    Staff are cheerful and efficient so you at least start the day stress free! Breakfast itself is well presented and of good quality.

    There’s reliable transport to and from east midlands Airport and you can leave your car at the hotel. That’s one worry less!

    Beds and mattresses need replacing. Very uncomfortable and they certainly don’t encourage a decent night’s sleep.

    Breakfast starts at 7 am; needs revising to better accommodate business guests and airport travellers. Everything is very expensive. Don’t get to enthusiastic about the menu; items are regularly ‘not available’. A tip for airport bound guests is to stop o

    In today’s climate and certainly in hotels of a certain standard and charging a hefty tariff, W-Fi is free. Not here it isn’t. if you are booking in and expect to park the car free, another disappointment awaits.
