This property was beautifully renovated into modern looking apartments. Guests were pleased with its spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable. Rooms were all refurbished in a modern theme with tastefully chosen furniture.
Previous guests adored the fact that this property is located in the beautiful and historic area of Lisbon, and close to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. They are also delighted that they can walk to downtown within minutes. Moreover, guests have easy access trams and taxis just in front of the building.
In this property, room keys or cards are not used. Instead, every room has its own code to get the guests in. This door pin codes worked so well that guests are glad they need not to worry about carrying keys around as well as no chance of losing keys or key cards.
Guests were dismayed that this place was too advanced they didn't have an actual reception but just an electronic check-in. This virtual reception can be contacted through the phone in the hallway of the main building. Because of this, guests had a difficulty getting in contact with the staff. If you need any front desk help, there is none.
Because of the complexity in operating the washing machine and dryers, guests had a hard time using them. Some even had to give up because there were no English instructions.
Guests complained about the paper-thin walls. They were able to hear everything from the cleaning of the staff next door to the people shouting all night at the bar across the street. Thus, soundproofing should be improved.
