Close enough to the tube as well as regular bus routes so visiting the best London attractions such as Kew Gardens, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Madame Tussauds and the British Museum is very easy.
Bizarrely Hazel Wood Guest House does not allow any pets of any kind on the premises and this includes service dogs such guide dogs, usually the exception to the rule.
The guest house is situated next to quite a busy road (the A3002) which can be quite disruptive at night. Light sleepers would do well to ensure that rooms away from the road are booked ahead of time.
