Guests have commented on the rooms to be very quiet, neat and tidy with comfortable beds, pillows and linens. They were indeed happy to stay in nicely air-conditioned, spacious and fresh smelling rooms. Moreover, 24-hours front desk service made the stay for the guests very pleasant.

Guests reported that the staff of the hotel was very friendly, helpful and respectful. Moreover, there were times when they (guests) reached the hotel before or after the check-in time because of the fluctuating flight schedules but they were still allowed to stay. Many hotels/motels would not do that.

Confusing route of hotel
Some guests had a tough time finding the place/hotel as they got confused with Georges Road and George Street whereas, few of them found it difficult to figure out which turn to take to reach the right place.

Some guests reported that they really got disturbed with the noise of the refrigerator in their room and thought that it would have been a smoother stay if it worked silently.
