From the moment you arrive at Koh-I Nor Val Thorens you are made to feel relaxed and welcome. You can ask the staff anything without feeling like a nuisance. Even the staff at the ski resort are friendly and attentive.

Because this hotel is located right in the heart of the ski resort, there is a ski hire shop right on site. Guests are able to shop for all the gadgets that are needed for a great ski vacation, but also hire those items that are not necessary to purchase.

Guests have reported that although the Wi-Fi does tend to work well in the public areas, the connection in the rooms is quite poor. Most visitors get a little frustrated when the signal causes disruptions, so try to bring your own Internet cable on your next visit.

There have been a few complaints about the deposit that is charged on each guests credit card, that has taken too long to be refunded.
