The wellness facilities in the building complex are top notch. Guests repeatedly rave about the fantastic fitness centre and the indoor pool. Everything is well kept and nicely designed. It's a perfect place to both energize and unwind.

Guests loved the location of their Melbourne flat. The apartment building is ideally located within walking distance to most major attractions, and also boasts easy access to public transport for trips farther out. The Royal Botanical Gardens are practically across the street. There are several great dining options in the area, but many guests also liked the restaurant and café downstairs. For shopping, many recommend the Bourke Street Mall, also close by.

Overall, guests got a great impression of their accommodations and enjoyed their stay very much. The flats themselves are described as clean and comfortable. Guests loved the spacious kitchen that also includes dishwasher, and also appreciated the convenience of an in-room washer and dryer.

There is no reception onsite and guests say the check-in process is not made clear enough. Its highly recommended that you contact management ahead of time to arrange someone to meet you at the location upon arrival.

While most of the apartment is spacious and well-organised, the bedrooms are surprisingly small. Guests said they felt cramped. The bed takes up most of the space and walking around it is a challenge.

Though these are self-catering apartments, guests were a bit surprised at the lack of conveniences provided. Expect to bring your own toiletries and don't expect fancy equipment when it comes to the kitchen.
