Hotel Greenstay Inn & Suites Court View (Springfield, USA)

The hotel décor is pleasing, modern, and recently renovated. It has a nice ambiance that’s very relaxing and accommodating. The make-up mirror and linens and towels are nice quality.

The staff is quite friendly and the facility is adequately clean. The breakfast area was nicely laid-out with a decent choice of foods available.

You will certainly get bang for your buck. The bathroom marble countertop, plenty of towels, and toiletries, makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. The facility has a quality feel to for the most part. The kitchenette is great for saving money if you don’t mind cooking your own meals.

Though the facility is non-smoking, don’t be surprised to find your room filled with the stench of smoke. You can request to have your room switched, but don’t be surprised if that rooms smells of smoke as well. It seems that some visitors have a knack for not following the non-smoking rules!

It would be great if someone stayed near the food to help assist the visitors. There’s no one around to help, except someone who has to also manage the front desk. Perhaps they should hire more staff.

You will hear other visitors in the corridors and in other rooms. What’s more, the hotel location is tricky to find if you miss the exit. The hotel indications should be clearer. It’s possible that the outlets in your room do not work properly, and the hot water in the shower is not hot enough.
