Guests report the furniture looks old and worn out and some of the facilities do not work well as a consequence. There are regular reports of noise disturbance from the street outside, from both pedestrians and traffic. Being close to a subway and a busy street unfortunately produces a large amount of noise which guests state continues late into the night, proving to be disruptive to sleep.
