Fuerteventura Princess is an expansively built modern hotel in Playa de
Esquinzo with views of the Esquinzo Sea. The Playa del Matorral is around three
miles from the hotel.
The spacious
rooms and suites sport a Moroccan style and are equipped with satellite TVs,
minifridges and coffeemakers. All room have terraces or balconies and upgraded
units have sea views. Suites in an annexe also have living rooms or sitting
areas and access to pools and cafes. Bathrooms are en suite with bath or shower
and free toiletries.
The hotel
has four outdoor pools, a sauna with steam room, tennis courts and a fitness
room. There is a games room and children’s playground, plus kids’ club. Wi-Fi
is available in public places for a fee.
The Fuerteventura Princess serves buffet breakfast and has three restaurants and four bars onsite.
The Morro Jable town is around four miles and the Fuerteventura Airport is around 48 miles from the hotel.

The restaurants at the hotel have a good selection and guests say even the desserts are fabulous. They like that the table turnaround is good and guests don't have to wait long to be served.

There are
both heated and non-heated pools at the hotel and guests say they are very
clean and nice. The gym is small but has many facilities like running machine,
spin bikes and weights that are both free and machine based. Guests love the
massages at the hotel and say they are amazing.

Customer service is not great
Guests did
not find the customer service at the hotel great. The front desk staff did not
even call a taxi when guests needed to get to the airport. Guests say that the
cleaners around the pool and restaurant floors are grubby and did not do a
thorough job.

One major negative at the hotel according to many guests is the coffee. They find it awful even though there is no dearth of coffee machines at the hotel. Some guests were disappointed that their rooms had only partial sea views and that breakfast was not included for the high rates charged.
