About Ferencz Porta

We moved from Budapest to Szalafő in 1989, today we live here with 6 children. Nearly 80 cattle are kept with goats, sheep, pigs and poultry. The daily care of the animals can be seen: feeding, grazing, milking. We make homemade dairy products: cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, spicy cheeses, goat cheese. We look forward to welcoming you as a guest and a visitor! We have created five independent holiday apartments on the farm. Our guest houses are fully equipped and operate all year round. Accommodations in Álmos (2 rooms, max. 6 people), Előd (1 bedroom, max. 3 people), Ond (2 rooms, max. 7 people), Kond (1 room, max. 4 people), and Tas-Huba - Töhötöm (3-room farmhouse, up to 14 people). All of our 5 guest apartments are located in one of our ports, so families can spend their holidays together, but in independent accommodation.
