Those guests who traveled with their pets were exceptionally pleased with the way they were treated at the hotel. They felt that they were truly welcomed, rather than merely being allowed to stay as a matter of policy.

Guests couldn’t have been happier with the location of the hotel. They enjoyed the convenience of being just off the interstate, since it meat the hotel was both easy to find and in a great spot when traveling to and fro. They also mentioned that there was a decent selection of restaurants within walking distance.

Guests were really impressed with the way the facility looked. They felt that the design was very modern and attractive and also reported that it was clearly very well maintained. Nothing seemed to be out of place, and any small maintenance issue that arose would quickly be seen to.

Guests did not seem to think much of the exercise room at the hotel. They described it as very basic, saying it was too small and had too few pieces of equipment to really allow them to get in a good workout.

An extraordinary number of guests reported experiencing noise issues during their stay. The usual culprits were said to be groups staying in nearby rooms, especially children’s school groups. Guests felt that they often made an unreasonable amount of noise and that the hotel’s staff did not make strenuous enough efforts to control the situation.

A number of guests mentioned that the air conditioning units in their rooms were very loud. They weren’t sure whether this was normal, or whether there was a problem with the units.
