You'll find excellent customer service at this Peoria hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Guests find the staff polite and likeable.

This is a no frills hotel, but you'll find a comfy bed, plenty of space to walk about, and even a recliner in your room. Internet is included and there is plenty of free onsite parking.

This hotel is conveniently located right off of the Interstate, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. This hotel is also directly across from a shopping mall.

Room cleanliness can be greatly improved. Housekeeping literally comes once per week, and you have no idea when in your stay that will occur. Cleaners seem to miss attention to detail, and rooms in general feel dirty. Floors need to be swept and cleaned. Some guests even report finding hair in the bed and bath. Bags of garbage are sometimes left in stairwells for days in a row. Some guests also say there are ants in rooms.

Some basic hotel amenities seem to be absent. Rooms do not come with a coffee pot unless you request one from the front desk. There are no ice machines in the building either. Other missing room amenities include a hairdryer and kitchen utensils.

Guests say the breakfast, although free, is quite poor. There are no hot options, only packaged muffins, granola bars, coffee, and other similar items. If you require a more filling breakfast with hot options, you'll want to explore nearby options.
