    Terrible Customer Service

    Guests frequently gave many details about how poorly they were treated by the staff and management of the hotel. In many cases, there were disputes over reservations they had booked, or prices that had been confirmed. They said the employees were often rude and forceful, to the point of making guests feel so embarrassed and upset that they wanted to leave as soon as possible.

    A Rampant Bug Problem

    Guests noticed many issues with bed bugs, ants and cockroaches. When these problems were reported to management, the staff did not seem to care, yet appeared quite aware of what seemed to be an ongoing issue. Many guests reported getting bitten by bugs while in their rooms, and the thought the management really needs to take care of its pest problem as soon as possible.

    Numerous guests dealt with unpleasant odors in their rooms, and the smells seemed to come through the bathroom vents. Even though this is advertised as a smoke-free property, guests complained that the smell of smoke was very strong and made the environment so unpleasant that guests barely even wanted to stay in their rooms.
